Halibut & salmon fishing:

Experience World Class fishing for Salmon or Halibut (or both in a combination trip) in the dramatic setting of Prince William Sound!   Your expert Captain will provide you with rod, reel, tackle and instruction.  A typical HALIBUT or SALMON full day fishing charter departs the dock about 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. and cruises through the pristine beauty of the Kenai Fjords National Park en route to world class salmon or halibut and bottom fishing grounds. The trip concludes about 6 p.m. The halibut fishing season runs from April through October with peak fishing occurring in July. The salmon fishing season runs from June through August with the peak fishing occurring mid July through mid August. Other fish that are frequently caught during these trips include Ling Cod, Yelloweye Rockfish and Black Bass. There are great eating fish and favored among many of the local fishermen. Boat lunches, fish freezing, vacuum packing, and shipping are available at an extra charge.   Items you will need to bring are: food, beverages, camera, and fishing license. Licenses may be purchased at check in.  Resident annual license cost is $15. Non-resident license costs are as follows: 1 day ($10), 3days ($20), 7 days ($30), 14 days ($50), annual ($100).

Alaska Silver Salmon Fishing

Silver Salmon fishing starts in July and peaks right around August 1st. The best shore fishing is late August with charters ending in September.

glacier dog sledding:

The unique combination of  Helicopter flight seeing, a glacier landing, and a spectacular dog sled ride make this one of Alaska's most popular tours.  Breathtaking views of Resurrection Bay and glacier-carved mountains unfold on the short 10 minute scenic flight.   Once on the glacier, you will be greeted by over 80 Alaskan husky dogs and their experienced guide, who will share tails of the trail and Iditarod Sled Dog Race race stories.  You'll experience the thrill of a lifetime driving a sled dog team across the snow.
